Evolving Past Reactive

Mental Tools – Evolving Past Reactive

Reactive.

To react.

To respond to a stimulus.

To respond to a situation.

To react is not to create proactively.

To react is not to control proactively.

Understand that you create every moment of your life.

While this might be shelved in some part of your brain, I ask you to bring it out... more.

Keep it top of mind.

Keep it top of mind in your darkest moments.

Keep it top of mind in your moments of frustration.

Keep it top of mind in your moments of pain and suffering.

Because when you know, intimately, and see, profoundly, how you "turn on the lights" to your world – you can exercise your power.

Your power to create your experiences.

Understand that such physical and mental habits are a combination of all of your being.

From what you have seen, heard, and experienced, and allowed into your life.

To evolve past reactive, you must slow down.

You must slow your pace.

You must slow your response.

You must slow your actions.

Then, and only then, can you begin to examine and create your world in a powerful way.
