How To Exist In Your Body

How To Exist In Your Body

It is taught how to exist in school.

Good grades yield rewards.

It is taught how to exist in society.

Good actions yield good results.

It is taught how to exist in a job.

Good performance and results yield good benefits.

But how do you exist in your body?

How do you listen to your body?

Do you?

Is there an opportunity to "feel more"?

How do you learn to understand what different sensations mean?

How do you learn to co-exist with the energies you feel in different moments?

Most often, this process of mapping our language to energy running within the body happens once.

This is the default.

If you want, you can remap your language and the energy in your body.

What if what you call "tired" is actually triggered by something else? Food?

What if what you call anxiety is actually excitement?

What if depression is the result of how you've learned to see your world?

What if anger is the result of how you've learned to see your world and you are actually not an angry person?

What if love is something else?

When we examine our language we can create a better tomorrow.
