Most people exist in humanity.
They live in the world.
Technology, social media, and the news of today, connects us.
It teaches you about the world.
It teaches you about how most see reality.
It is your environment.
Despite whether or not it affects you directly, it affects how you act.
It affects how you show up, for yourself and others.
Imagine seeing on the news every day about a new school shooting.
How might that affect the day your son or daughter goes to school?
How might that affect how you show up in that process?
Do you think you will show up calm, powerful, and present, to the beautiful life in front of you?
Or do you think you will show up concerned, fearful, and afraid, for your son's life?
How do you think this affects your health?
If you live in the world, as most people do, you exist with everything associated in the world.
To grow beyond that, to see beyond that, you must learn to see your version of your desirable world.
Is it loving?
Is it fearful?
Is it calm and peaceful?
If not, you can exist in the roller coaster of the world that others have created for you.
You grow up in the world and at some point, maybe, you take ownership over your world and how you see it.
You realize that you get to decide how you see your world.
You get to choose the language you give to what you see.
Because you realize that you, and only you, exist in that space.
And when you understand, intimately, that you have the power to influence this space, you begin to see your greatest freedom.
